MSCRM 5.0 screenshots

I found the first Microsoft Dynamics CRM 5.0 (or 2010?) screenshots and features on the web on one of my favorite blogs, Stefano Demiliani and from what I've seen now, it looks really good!

Microsoft CRM 4.0 Form Reporter

An application by Jim Daly that creates a Word 2007 Document detailing the configuration of all customizable Microsoft CRM 4.0 forms, including tabs, sections and details about each field. This document can be used for planning of form customizations or documenting the current state of form customizations.

Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 available!

Microsoft has released the Update Rollup 1 (KB 952858) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Server, Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 1 contains hotfixes and updates that you must manually enable or configure. To enable or configure these hotfixes on the server that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, see the "Hotfixes and updates that you have to manually enable or configure" section of the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article.

When customizations are exported from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Server, importing the customizations to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Server is not recommended in either of the following scenarios:

- The server from which you are exporting customizations does not have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 1 installed, but the server to which you are importing the customizations has Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. Update Rollup 1 installed

- The server from which you are exporting customizations has Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 1 installed, but the server to which you are importing the customizations does not have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 1 installed.

Microsoft Offers 0 Percent Financing to New Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customers

Microsoft Corp. announced 0 percent financing for 36 months for new, qualifying customers of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

“We are working closely with our customers and partners to proactively enable them to preserve their capital resources to ride out the current economic situation, while making an important strategic investment in their future,” said Kirill Tatarinov, corporate vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions. “Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions are business assets that pay off in the near term and over the long haul by helping companies drive productivity, maximize efficiency, and adapt and grow their business in today’s fast-changing market.”

The promotion is available in Australia, Belgium, Canada (subject to unique terms and conditions), France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, the U.K. and the U.S.

Microsoft Services Connector - connecting Active Directory to Microsoft Cloud Services!

The Microsoft Services Connector is a free tool for connecting Active Directory to services from Microsoft.

It works by federating your Active Directory with Microsoft services (Dynamics CRM Online). After Microsoft Services Connector is installed, users are able to log into their Active Directory account and be given seamless access to Microsoft services as if those services were hosted on your organization's own network.

Microsoft Services Connector leaves full administrative control of users and accounts in the hands of the customer.
