New version of Documents Core Pack for MS CRM 4.0
There's a new version of the Documents Core Pack by MSCRM Addons and this new version has some great new features.
Document Summary
The Document Summary offers a compact relationship explorer in a treeview style which includes the documents for any related record.
With this tool you are able to open an account and click through all related records (Cases, Quotes, Invoices, Custom Entities,..) and view the documents saved to this record or open the record itself!
LineItem-Count
This functionality gives you a summary of how many records are related to the current record (account, contact,...). The number of related records is shown in the CRM - navigation bar.

SalesCentric is set to unveil two new versions of Relationship Charts for Dynamics CRM at the WPC next week.
Silverlight provides the foundation to take CRM and Relationship Charts to the next generation of visual user experience. Animation, zoom and multiple ‘actor cards’ that fan out give the user the ability to quickly see on one screen information that would otherwise take multiple CRM views to get.
Relationship Charts Online is an on-demand customer relationship visualization service for users of Microsoft CRM Online. The new Internet service will be available for customers of Microsoft CRM Online. Users seamlessly access Relationship Charts while working within the standard CRM Online service from Microsoft.
Relationship Charts will be available in two versions for CRM Online:
- Relationship Charts Online Professional offers Relationship Charts within three CRM areas: account, contact and opportunity
- Relationship Charts Online Professional Plus offers Relationship Charts within any CRM entity and displays any entity on a chart, including system users

Microsoft Corp. and TenDigits Software Inc. announce an alliance to deliver full-featured mobile access to both Windows Mobile phones and BlackBerry mobile phones for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
MobileAccess 4.0, developed and distributed by TenDigits, will extend rich client access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM for users of Windows Mobile phones and Research in Motion (RIM)-based BlackBerry mobile phones. This solution gives organizations the choice and flexibility to meet the requirements of their users while giving them anytime, anywhere access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It also provides access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality while offline to help fuel the productivity and responsiveness of remote employees and partners.
MobileAccess 4.0 may be administered within Microsoft Dynamics CRM rather than with multiple servers, which helps minimize IT management overhead and setup. This solution will be available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers on both Windows Mobile phones and BlackBerry mobile phones in the third quarter of 2008.
