Release of two new Microsoft datasheets
Microsoft released two new datasheets with information about the Microsoft CRM 3.0 Professional and Small Business Editions. In addition, they published a "Small Business Edition Top 10 Reasons" that highlights all of the benefits of using Microsoft CRM 3.0 with Small Business Server 2003.I updated the download section with these new documents.

Microsoft posted the RTM version of Microsoft CRM 3.0 to the MSDN subscriber downloads website! There are two discs of about 900 MB total.
This means that MSDN subscribers can download the Microsoft CRM 3.0 software and start using it in production environments.
Microsoft CRM 3.0 – this time Redmond gets it right
It’s been a long time between drinks for users of Microsoft CRM but there’s finally a new version ready for release and it looks as though the wait may have been worthwhile.
Microsoft has decided to skip a version number with this release and call it release CRM 3.0 rather than 2.0, reasoning that there are enough new features in this release to warrant the leapfrogging.There is a lot of new functionality, much of which centres around making CRM a platform that VARs (value added reseller) can build on top of to create customised or vertical-market applications. As Microsoft New Zealand’s CRM specialist Phillip Paton suggests, version 3.0 almost qualifies as a development environment in its own right.

Now, we are introducing our new Microsoft Dynamics logo signature. We chose this logo because it implies growth, energy, and integration, as well as appearing strong, stable and connected. It is distinct and memorable, and it fits well with the other Microsoft commercial brands.
