Invoke Systems, a Baltimore-based, customer-centered technology solution provider with extensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 expertise, today announced that it is being acquired by Ascentium Corporation, a leading technology and marketing consulting firm.
The deal firmly establishes Ascentium as the largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultancy in the United States and a global leader in the field, supporting more than 100 CRM customers with over 15,000 business users.
Invoke Systems is one of the most skilled Microsoft CRM companies with the world’s most experienced Microsoft CRM development team. They hold the unique distinction of having developed the application that served as the basis for the design of Microsoft CRM. In 2001, Microsoft acquired their eCRM company, iCommunicate, as part of its customer relationship management initiative. Ten of their developers moved to Redmond, Wash., and helped form the Microsoft CRM application development team.
