Microsoft Corp. last week rolled out a line of integration tools that it said can more tightly weave together its business applications with the Office productivity suite.
The new Dynamics Snap line of tools, called Snap-Ins, will enable users to trigger workflows or access data in the AX 3.0 (formerly Axapta) ERP and Microsoft CRM 3.0 systems through Microsoft's Outlook personal information manager.
